Weight Room 101
Sunday, September 22, 10:30am-12:00pm
If you're unfamiliar with the weight room, then this event is for you! Come learn about the layout of the weight room, how to use some of the equipment, and how to plan a muscular fitness workout. $5 for USA students, $10 for members of the SRC age 14+. by Friday, September 20 at noon.
SRC dependents age 14-15 may attend with a parent; both parent and dependent must register.
Private classes
Our staff is available for private fitness classes for your USA group. Fee is $45/hour and includes all equipment. Your group may choose from most of our class types. Fill out our to schedule a class; be sure to look at the current SouthFit schedule to determine if a studio is open at your requested time.
Payment is due 48 hours in advance. You may cancel for a full refund up to 48 hours in advance of the class. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 48 hours in advance or no-shows.
